About payments to PATAGONIA ROAD:
To confirm a trip, a 20% of the total trip price is required as down payment, which can be done via money wire or deposit on one of our accounts sent through the invoice, or by VISA charge. The rest of the payment has to be done until one month before departure date. Prices do not include airfare, though we can help you with travel arrangements.

 

Trip Inclusions and Exclusions: 
The cost of the trip includes: accommodations with breakfast, food during the outddor activities as rafting and horseback riding programs, equipment, all excursions as mentioned in program, transportation, and guides. The tour price does not include: airfare, airport taxes, meals during the overland trips, alcoholic beverages, optional activities, individual costs and tips.

 

Trip Cost, Deposit and Cancellation: 
A cancellation of your booking must be communicated to us per e-mail. Minimum cancellation fees are based on the day the written cancellation is received by us. The following charges apply:

  • Until 46 days prior arrival, the full amount deposited will be refunded less a handling charge of USD 100
  • 45 to 30 days prior arrival, 20% of the total invoiced amount is subject to forfeiture.
  • 29 to 15 days prior arrival, 50% of the total invoiced amount is subject to forfeiture.
  • 14 days or less prior arrival or no show, 100% of the total invoiced amount.

If a client is prevented from traveling due to serious illness, death in the immediate family or a similar catastrophe, at PATAGONIA ROAD’s sole discretion, the client may transfer to another trip or locate another qualified individual to take client’s space subject to the replacement client executing the required documents.

Patagonia Road reserves the right to cancel a trip up to 60 days prior to departure on the condition that 100% of the trip cost will be refunded to the client. Patagonia Road may cancel a trip within 60 days of departure for reasons of force majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside the company’s control. When a trip is cancelled by Patagonia Road, the client may choose between a full refund of all funds paid and any alternative trip with open reservation space offered by Patagonia Road, subject to an adjustment for any difference in costs.

Patagonia Road recommends that all clients purchase traveler’s insurance and can help clients locate an agent.
